Prüf Nach! processing plants avoid the use of additives as much as possible when developing recipes and rely on traditional preparation methods. Sustainably produced organic bread is made from natural sourdough or pre-ferments and all-natural yogurt without milk powder. This makes our foods taste just how they should.
